167 • • • • 11 South Bend, for the location and construction of sewer river crossings and lift stations, in the manner provided in Chapter 129 of the Indiana Acts of 1905, and Chapter 61, Acts of 1932 (Special Session), to the several tracts of property in said City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, which may be injuriously or beneficially affected, described as follows, to -wit: T R A C TN0.1 Easement for sewer at Mill Street and Colfax Avenue, said Easement to -wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of lot 1189" of the Original Plat of South Bend; thence Southerly along the West line of said lot 1189" 40 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the North line of said lot "89" 40 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of said lot 1189" 25 feet; thence Easterly to a point in the East line of said lot 1189" 15 feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of said lot 118911; thence Northerly along the East line of said lot 1189" 15 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot "8911; thence Westerly along'the North line of said lot "89" 76.5 feet to the point of beginning. T R A C T NO.2 Easement for sewer at Mill Street and Colfax Avenue, said easement is described as follows: Said easement is bounded on the North by the most Northerly line of lot 1121" and the North line of lot 1115" of the Original Plat of South Bend Mfg. Co.ts Subdivision, said lines are also the South line of Colfax Avenue; bounded on the West by the East line of lot "89" of the Original Plat of South Bend; bounded on the South by a line 15 feet South of and parallel to the aforesaid South line of Colfax Avenue; and bounded on the East by a line 38.46 feet East of the Northwest corner of lot "15" of said Original Plat of South Bend Mfg. Cots Subdivision and parallel to the West line of said lot 1115". T R A C T NO.3 Easement for sewer at Monroe Street and Edgewater Drive, said easement, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of lot "74" of "Edge- water Place" 82 feet northerly of the southeast corner of said lot "74"; thence northerly along the easterly line of said lot "7411 25 feet more or less to the low water mark of the St. Joseph River; thence westerly along the low water mark of the St. Joseph River to the westerly line of said lot "74"; thence southerly along the westerly line of said lot "74" to a point 26 feet northerly of the southwest corner of said lot "74"; thence easterly in a straight line to the point of beginning. T R A C T NO.4 Easement for sewer at Colfax Avenue and Sycamore Street, said easement, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of lot "11" of Miller and Greents lst Addition, said point being 238.58 feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot 11111t; thence West along the North line of said lot "11"; 150 feet; thence South at right angles to the North line of said lot "11" 24.50 feet more or less to the low water mark of the St. Joseph River; thence Southeasterly along the low water mark of the St. Joseph River to a line 30 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said lot "11"; thence East along a line 30 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said lot "11" 34.70 feet more or less to a line 348.58 feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot "11" and parallel to the East line of said lot "11"; thence North. along said line 348.58 feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot "11" and parallel to the East line of said lot "11" 15 feet; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to the point of beginning.
