L. Roelke. I) <br />The Board then gave consideration to the necessity of acquiring easement rights to <br />certain tracts of property for the use of the City in connection with the intercepting <br />sewers, river crossings and lift stations of the sewage disposal system, and adopted the <br />following resolution: <br />R E S O L U T I O N (DECLARATORY NO.1 ) <br />WHEREAS this Board has heretofore been empowered by appropriate <br />ordinances, to build, construct and acquire a sewage disposal plant <br />with necessary intercepting sewers, river crossings and lift stations, <br />and <br />WHEREAS it is necessary for the location and construction of <br />such river crossings and lift stations that the easement rights to <br />certain tracts of property be acquired for the use of the City of <br />South Bend, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the easement rights be <br />acquired by appropriation or condemnation, for the use of the City of <br />• <br />C] <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />• <br />• <br />
