The Board advised Mr-. Kubiak of the,'.fact <br />;f1that the City is contemplating installation of a dust -arrester and that some type of <br />action will be forthcoming within the Cityis budgetary limits. <br />Matters referred to the Board by the Common Council, under date of March 13th, <br />were next examined and the following matter was referred by the Board to Traffic <br />Engineer, E. H. Miller for investigation and prompt report, i.e. "Councilman Muszynski <br />made a motion that the Board of Public Works contact the officials "of the railroad <br />relative to installing flasher signals at the crossings in the 1400-1500 blocks of <br />South Kendall, Chapin Street and Catalpa Avenue. Council Pinter seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried." _ <br />The matter of a further motion by Councilman Muszynski, concerning cars being <br />• parked on the sidewalk on Franklin Street, from Garst Street to Broadway, was referred <br />by the Board to Chief of Police, Richard J.
