<br />'In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in
<br />the City Hall at 11 00 A. M. on the 24th day of 1952, for the purpose of
<br />`November,
<br />hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said
<br />vacation, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing,'together with the
<br />amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed`be addressed to the property owners by
<br />publishing same on the 31st day of October, on the 7th day of November, and on the 14th
<br />day"of November, 1952, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News.

<br />owners and the same having been found sufficient, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the Primary of Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the
<br />13th day of October, 1952; for the improvement of ELWOOD AVENUE from the west line of
<br />OtBrien Street to the eat'line of Elmer Street by constructing a Class C, Type 4A
<br />Pavement be and the same is in all things confirmed.

<br />Certification of Completion was furnished by civil engineer, Wilbur H. Gartner,
<br />accompanied by Contractor's Completion Affidavit of the contract between the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, Owner-, and the Rieth-Riley Construction Company; Contractor, for
<br />the construction of the re -surface pavement improvement on MIAIGI STREET from the �I
<br />south line of Ewing Avenue to -the south line of-Ridgedale Road, under Improvement
<br />Contract No. 10, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications •

<br />the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 27th day of
<br />October, 1952 on the improvement known as the RANDOLPH STREET PAVEMENT as described in
<br />improvement Resolution No. 2718, 1952, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety it
<br />on June 16th, 1952 and confirmed by said Board on July 21, 1952, be and the same is
<br />hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the
<br />hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N. 111 or ( •
<br />120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March,6, 190.
