The heating system bid was awarded to W. J. Main St., and a Bid Bond accompanied Mishawaka, Indiana. the Bid. Street Improvement Plan for Miami Highway, from Ireland Road to North Broodmoor Line was approved by the Board. The Board also approved the following Sewer Plans - Alpine Drive Miami Street Norton Drive First Alley West of Longfellow. Mr. Tomlinson informed the Board that additional manholes on sanitary sewer lines should be constructed at the following locations - On Pagin between Hine and Linden On Hudson between Woodward and Riverside Drive On Napoleon between L-eeper and St. Joseph 715 North St. Louis Boulevard and Sewer to be repaired at 414 South Kaley Street. • h T iThe Board authorized Pair. Tomlinson to have NileslExcavating Company do the work according to proposal on sewer work. A Petition was received by the Board, undated, and signed by a large number of residents, to open Inglewood Place, starting at the most easterly point of Lot #61 in the Replat of Boulevard Park, thence Southeasterly to the Northeast corner of Lot #38 in the Portage Heights Addition; thence due North 90 degrees; thence North- westerly to the Southwest corner of Lot #7 in the Replat of Boulevard Park, thence due West to the point of beginning and this was referred to the City Planning Commission for their approval. ENGINEER t S CERTIFICATE OF COIVIPLETION RESOLUTION NO. 2723 - 1952 Certificate of Completion was furnished by Wilbur H. Gartner accompanied by Contractorts Completion Affidavit of the contract between the City of South Bend, Indian Owner and the Reed Construction Company, Contractor, for the construction of the pavement improvement on Wilson Avenue from the east line of Ironwood Drive to the West line of Tuxedo Drive, under Improvement Resolution No. 2723, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.
