516 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2742 - 1952 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF' SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following; Commencing at a point seven feet (71) North of the Southeast corner of Lot No. 30 as shown on the Recorded Plat of Stull's Third Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and on the Westerly line of Main Street; thence West one hundred sixty-five feet (1651) to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot No. 30, which is seven feet (71) North of the Southwesterly corner of said Lot No. 30, thence North thirty-six feet and two inches (3612") to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot No. 30; thence West fourteen feet (141 ); thence South fifty feet and two inches (50t2"); thence East one hundred seventy-nine feet (1791) to a point on the West line of Pain Street, which is seven feet (71) South of the Southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 30; thence North along the Westerly line of Main Street fourteen feet (14t )- to the place of beginning, The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lot Number 30 Stull's Addition and Lots Number 12 and 22 Wellts Addition. Notice of this resolution shall.be published on the 24th day of October and on the 31st day of October, 1952 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of November, 1952 at 11:00 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Crushed Gravel as per Indiana State Specifications for 6F, except to be 40% crushed . Gravel to be stockpiled at our pit located on Edison Road. or 5000 Cu. Yds. Crushed Gravel as per Indiana State Specifications for #63 Gravel (40% crushed) Gravel in stockpile at the above location, and has been State inspected for the sum of---------------------$1.25 per cu. yd.
