515 Vacation Resolution No. 2737-1952 The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said street be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. • ; R. S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of vacation of Carroll Street from the south line of Farneman Avenue, thence southerly along said Carroll Street, a distance of 81.6 feet more or less, being the termination of said Carroll Street in said locality, under Resolution No. 2737. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 11:00 A. M. on the 17th day of November, 1952 for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with I the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners j'by publishing same on the 24th day of October, on the 31st day of October and on the j 7th day of November, 1952, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2740 - 1952 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following: THE WEST 30 FEET OF ERNSBERGER STREET FROM THE ST. JOSEPH RIVER SOUTH TO A POINT WHERE SUCH FORMER STREET INTERSECTS IRONWOOD DRIVE. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such I vacation: Unplatted land otrmed by Playland Park, Inc. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of October and on the 31st day of October, 1952 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News.
