VACATION PESOLUTION NO. 2731 - 1952 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following: THE ALLEY WEST OF JACKSON STREET FROM WESTERN AVENUE TO TIC FIRST ALLEY SOUTH The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lot Number 12 Summit Place Addition and Lot Number 113 Second Plat of Summit Place Addition. Ziegler Board of Public Works & Safety VACATION RESOLUTION 110. 2727 - 1952 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety for the vacation of Twelve feet off of the South Side of :West Woodside Street from the West line of Pain Street West three hundred - forty -three (343T) to the Pennsylvania Railroad right-of-way. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots Numbered 8e 88, 89, and 90 of Oa.kside 3rd Plat, owned by Edwards Iron ','Iorhs, Inc. • • • n U The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no '1 • remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved,_neconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be 1 finally adopted and the said street be vacated, The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment -roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damage to the surrounding properties. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2728 - 1952 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the first alley north of Fox Street from the West line of High Street, west to the Studebaker Park Golf Links, under vacation resolution No. 2728. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publi- cation and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Depart- ment is direct to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. 0 11
