<br />Resolution No. 2717, 1952, adopted May 12, 1952 -and first confirmed on June 9, 19520

<br />For the improvement of ALLEY BETWEEN ADAMS STREETS AND COLLEGE STREET from the
<br />,
<br />north line of Humboldt Street to The south line of east and west alley north of Humboldt!,
<br />Street by constructing a Class C Pavement, under Improvement Resolution No. 2719, 1952J
<br />adopted May 12, 1952 and first confirmed on June 9, 1952.
<br />No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvements bearing the
<br />f
<br />signatures of fifty-one one (51) per cent or more of the resident g y- property owners on said
<br />streets or alleys to be improved, having been filed within the ten day period following,
<br />the, date and time of the hearing on said improvements,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2677,.2716, 2717 and 2719, duly adopted by
<br />i
<br />this Board on May 12, 1952, and first confirmed on June 9, 19522 be and the same is
<br />'
<br />in all things finally confirmed and the improvements are hereby ordered made.

<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
<br />No. 2688 - 1951
<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board of ( .
<br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners
<br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend
<br />Indiana, that the Primary of Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the
<br />19th day of May, 1952, for the improvement of CRUMSTOWN AVENUE ( ARDMORE TRAIL) from the
<br />center line of Lincolnway West to the center line of lot 8 in Lincoln Manor Second
<br />Addition by constructing a local sewer be and the same is in all things confirmed.

<br />Drive by constructing a Class C Pavement.

<br />The Board approved the reports and passed Improvement Resolutions, authorizing
<br />these public improvements, and the loth day of July, 1952 at the hour of 6:30 P.P.
<br />CST is hereby fixed as the time, and the office of the Board in said City as the
<br />place, when and where all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed
<br />improvement, may be heard as to the necessity for the same, and all petitions and
<br />remonstrances received and the Board will, on said day, decide whether the benefits
<br />accruing to abutting and adjacent property, and to the City .of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said improvement. The Clerk of the I
<br />Board is hereby ordered to give notice by two weekly publications, of the ..time and
<br />•
<br />place of hearing of thew resolutions, No. 2718 and 2720, adopted June 16, 1952 and
<br />to be published on June 20 and June 27, 1952. ?�
