<br />referred by the Board to the City Engineer for investigation and report.
<br />An undated petition for the vacating of the alley between Rex Street and Cali-
<br />fornia Avenue was examined by the Board and referred to the City Plan Commission.

<br />Certification of Completion was furnished by the civil engineer, Wilbur H. Gartner,
<br />;accompanied by Contractorts Completion Affidavit, of the contract between the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Contractor, for
<br />the construction of the Re -surface Pavement improvement on LASALLE AVENUE from the west
<br />j line of lVain Street to the west line of Hill Street under Improvement Contract No-3
<br />jhas been completed in accordance with the plans and specification for this project,
<br />land was examined by the Board and ordered filed.

<br />Certificate of Completion was furnished by the civil engineer, Wilbur H. Gartner,
<br />accompanied by Contractorts Completion Affidavit, of the contract between the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Contractor, for
<br />the construction of the Re -Surface Pavement improvement on INDIANA AVENUE from the
<br />west line of Miami Street to the west line of 1.5arietta Street, under Improvement
<br />Contract No. 7 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specification for
<br />this project, and was examined by the Board and ordered filed.
<br />An Excavation Bond in the amount of $10,000.00, in the name of Hilton Construction
<br />Co., Inc. was examined and approved.
<br />An Excavation Bond in the amount of $1,000.00, in the name of 0. E. Frame, d/b/a
<br />0. E. Frame and Son, South Bend, Indiana, was examined and approved.
