<br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED; by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the Primary of Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the
<br />28th day of April, 1952, for the improvement of RANDOLPH STREET PAVEMENT, VINE STREET
<br />PAVEMENT and NORTH ELLER STREET LOCAL SEVIER be and the same is in all things confirmed.

<br />accompanied by Contractorts Completion Affidavit, of the contract between the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Niles Excavating Company, Contractor, for
<br />the construction of the LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT ON CRUMSTOWN AVENUE FROM THE CENTER
<br />LINE OF LINCOLNWAY WEST TO THE CENTER LINE OF LOT 8 in LINCOLN MANOR 2nd ADDITION
<br />under Improvement Resolution No. 2688-1951 has been completed in accordance with the
<br />plans and specifications for this project, was examined by the Board and ordered
<br />filed.
<br />Certification of Completion was furnished by Wilbur H. Gartner, accompanied by
<br />Conbractorrs Completion Affidavit, for the (AH) Re -surface improvement on'Wayne Street
<br />from the east line of Taylor Street to the east line of St. Joseph Street, and was
<br />examined by the Board and filed.
