� k " <br />I_1 <br />439 <br />U <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE <br />No. 2688 - 1951 <br />Be it resolved by the Board. of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board <br />by the Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 19th day of May, <br />1952, on the improvement known as the Crumstown Avenue local sewer as described in <br />Improvement Resolution No. 2688, 1951, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety <br />on February 25, 1952, and confirmed by said Board on March 17, 1952, be and the same <br />is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board -,is hereby requested to give notice of <br />hearing'of Special'Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N,111 or 120 <br />of an°Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905. <br />Ward'H. Gartner, on behalf of A. Harold Weber, Inc. The plat as. submitted, was <br />• lexamined and approved by the Board. Recorded in the office of the County Recorder <br />Book # ) $' , Page 'tG" , and filed in Row # , Drawer . <br />• <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />Plans for the construction of sewer and the paving of Rockne Drive from Cherry <br />Tree Lane to Ironwood Drive were examined and approved by the Board, and were referred <br />to the Engineer. <br />Drawing of the proposed re -surfacing program for Chapin Street, from Washington <br />Avenue to Prairie Avenue, under Contract No. 8, was examined and approved by the <br />Board. <br />Contractorts Bond in the amount of $11000.00 for H. F. Glaser, Jr. was examined <br />and approved by the Board. <br />Excavation Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 for James A.
