<br />The expressed preference for a 12 foot pavement for alley improvement in the
<br />area bounded by Donald, Fox, Miami and Dale avenue in writing and bearing nineteen
<br />(19) signatures was examined and ordered filedin the jacket covering this improvement.
<br />Drawing and lay -out of Broadmoor First Section, submitted by Ivir. Voor, approved
<br />by the City Plan Commission under date of May 1, 1952, was examined and approved by
<br />the Board. Recorded in St. Joseph County Recorderts Office Book # , Page # .

<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2702, 1952, adopted March 31, 1952.. and first confirmed on
<br />;_April 28, 1952, AND
<br />For the improvement of ALLEYS BETWEEN FOX STREET, DONALD STREET, DALE AVENUE AND
<br />MIAMI STREET by constructing a Class C Pavement, under Improvement Resolution No.2703,
<br />1952 and first -confirmed on April 28, 1952, AND
<br />For the improvement of KLINGER STREET from the east line of Michigan Street to the
<br />west line of Charles Street by constructing a -Class "C" Pavement, under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 2709, 1952, adopted March 31, 1952 and first confirmed on April 28,1952
<br />AND
<br />For the inprovement of Kenmore Street from the south line of Western Avenue to
<br />the north line of Ford Street by constructing a Class "C" Pavement under Improvement
<br />Resolutions No. 2715, 1952, adopted March 31, 1952 and first confirmed on April 28,1952.
<br />No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the
<br />signatures of fifty-one percent or more of the resident property owners on said street
<br />to -be improved, having been filed within the ten day period following the date and
<br />time of the hearing on said improvements, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, that the Improvement Resolution No.2702, 2703, 2709 and 2715 duly
<br />passed by the Board and first confirmed on April 28, 1952, be and the same is in
<br />all things finally.confirmed and the improvements are hereby ordered made.

<br />For the improvement of ALLEY BETWEEN BROOKFIELD STREET AND JOHNSON STREET from
<br />the north line of Vassar Avenue to the south line of Humboldt Street by constructing
<br />a Class "C" Pavement under -improvement Resolution No. 2712, 1952, adopted March 31,
<br />1952 and. -first confirmed on April 28, 1952.
<br />A written remonstrance against said improvement bearing the signatures of fifty-
<br />one (51) per cent or more of the resident property owners on said street, who may -
<br />be liable for assessmentforsaid improvement, having been filed with said Board
<br />within the ten day period following date and time of the hearing on said improvement,
<br />therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2712, 1952, duly adopted by this Board on
<br />March 31, 1952, and first confirmed on April 28, 1952, be and the same is in all
<br />things rescinded and the improvement is hereby ordered not made.
