Attorney Warren McGill cited
two cases
to substantiate his stand, which
had
brought the argument to an impasse,
and the Board
then made the decision to take
entire
matter under advisement for the period of two
weeks, during which time Mr. Hurwich
and
Mr. Ziegler will study the cases cited
by Attorney
McGill and decide whether, in
their
opinion, these cases apply. The remonstrance
w-Rl, accordingly receive a further,hear-
ing at the regular meeting of the.Board,
Monday, May 19, 1952.
j John Hymes, Manager, Hurwich &
Haller, 320
S.
