0 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />Vacation Resolution No. 2697 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the mater of vacation of West <br />Colfax Avenue from Brookfield Street to Johnson Street under Vacation Resolution <br />No. 2697. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appears and no written <br />remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication <br />of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that <br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts <br />shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said <br />assessment boll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />without modification and the proceedings closed, and the street vacated upon receipt <br />of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited <br />and all proceedings had with reference to said street vacation are hereby sustained. <br />Vacation Resolution No.2698 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of the <br />Alley East of St. Peter Street from the South Line of the first Alley South of <br />Wayne Street to the North Line of the Grand Trunk Railroad right-of-ways, under <br />Vacation Resolution No. 2698. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication <br />of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the <br />lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on <br />said roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said assessment <br />roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modification and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon receipt of the <br />amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and <br />all proceedings had with reference to said alley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />Vacation Resolution No. 2699 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of West <br />Victoria Street from Hichigan Street West to the_East line of the North and South <br />Alley, excepting the 20 feet in the center which is to be reserved for an alley <br />under vacation resolution No. 2699. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of <br />notices and same werefound sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts <br />shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said <br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />without modification and the proceedings closed, and the street vacated upon receipt <br />of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited <br />and all proceedings had with reference to said street vacation are hereby sustained. <br />Vacation Resolution No.2701 <br />This being the date se-, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of East <br />Washington Avenue from a point 130 feet East of the East line of Tuxedo Drive East <br />a distance of 458 feet to the West line of Twenty -Sixth Street as laid out and <br />dedicated in the recorded plat of Tuxedo Park Second Subdivision of lots in Jefferson <br />Heights Addition to the City of South Bend. Twenty Sixth Street as laid out and, <br />dedicated in the recorded plats of Tuxedo Park First and Second Subdivisions of lots <br />in Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of South Bend from the North line of Marshall <br />Street North a distance of 1300.5 feet to the South line of Colfax Avenue excepting <br />therefrom the intersection of Wilson Street. Twenty -Fifth Street from the North line <br />of Washington Avenue North a distance of 410 feet to the South line of Colfax Avenue. <br />
