CAI] <br />A petition was received requesting the vacation of the first alley north of South <br />I�I <br />Bend Avenue from Turnock Street west eighty-three feet. This was referred to the City <br />h <br />Plan Commission for investigation and report. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2689 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board of Public Works for the vacation of A PART OF KLINGER STREET beginning at a <br />point on the north line of Klinger Street 50 feet e'; t h u w c� 1 <br />i n°o th el i tb ' n roe e t 1. f <br />numbered 120 of said addition; thence easterly LoE <br />! • <br />to <br />on%the soutth.easp corner oi� numbered <br />122 of said addition; thence south 19 degrees, 15 feet east, 12 feet to a point due east <br />of the place of beginning; thence west to the place of beginning under Vacation Resolu- <br />tion No. 2689. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication andl <br />no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the <br />Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be final -I <br />ly adopted and the said portion of street be vacated.
