CAI] A petition was received requesting the vacation of the first alley north of South I�I Bend Avenue from Turnock Street west eighty-three feet. This was referred to the City h Plan Commission for investigation and report. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication andl no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be final -I ly adopted and the said portion of street be vacated. The�Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.
