The City Engineer called the attention of the Board of Public Works and Safety to the proposed widening of Hydraulic Avenue and the weight limits on the Hydraulic Avenue Bridge. He stated that at one time the weight limit of motor vehicles was confined to ten ton butdue to the weakened structure of said bridge, that by administrative order on or about April, 1949, the passage of trucks having a weight of over five ton was prohibited. j The City Engineer further requested that said rule continue in full force and effect. The Board considered the Engineer's recommendation and it was moved seconded and unani- , mously passed that the said resolution be approved and pp given full retroactive validity to the date said order was • I put into effect. li CONTRACTORS COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT STATE OF INDIANA f1 SS: ST. That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and spe cifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Reed Construe tion Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and m ality required therein and according to and under thl direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
