The City Engineer called the attention of the Board of Public Works and Safety to <br />the proposed widening of Hydraulic Avenue and the weight limits on the Hydraulic Avenue <br />Bridge. He stated that at one time the weight limit of motor vehicles was confined to <br />ten ton butdue to the weakened structure of said bridge, that by administrative order on <br />or about April, 1949, the passage of trucks having a weight of over five ton was prohibited. <br />j The City Engineer further requested that said rule continue in full force and effect. <br />The Board considered the Engineer's recommendation and it was moved seconded and unani- , <br />mously passed that the said resolution be approved and <br />pp given full retroactive validity <br />to the date said order was • I put into effect. <br />li <br />CONTRACTORS COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF INDIANA <br />f1 <br />SS: <br />ST.
