"2�7" ., 2679, 26b2, and 2683, 1951 <br />SouthBend, Indiana <br />August 20, 1951 <br />Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to improve HILL STREET from the north line of Corby' <br />Street to the south line of Howard Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND <br />ILLINOIS STREET from the south line of Western Ave., to the north line of Huron St., by <br />constructing a Class "C" pavement, Al` <br />ST PETER STREET from the north line of South Bend Ave., to the south line of Corby St., <br />by constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND <br />WELLINGTON STREET from the south line of Huron Street to the north line of Ford St., by <br />constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND <br />NORTH SHORE DRIVE from the west line of Michigan St., to the east line of Lafayette Blvd,', <br />by constructing a bituminous concrete (AH) re -surface pavement. <br />The same to be done in accordance with the profiles, drawings, plans, general detail <br />and specifications of such improvements approved August 20, 1951, and to be adopted by <br />the Board of Public Words and Safety of tb.e City of South Bend, imn-iediately upon the <br />final adoption of th&se resolutions and placed or, file in the office of the City Civil <br />Engineer of Said City, and such improvements are nowordered. <br />The total cost of said improvements, including all irnidental costs such as advertisl= <br />ing, abstracting, inspection and engineering, shall be assessed upon the real estate abu�- <br />ting on said HILL STREET, ILLINOIS STREET, ST.
