<br />Indiana, that the Final Estimates and Primary Assessment Rolls submitted -to the Board by
<br />the ,City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 13th day of Augustll
<br />1951, on the improvements known as the WELLINGTON STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improved
<br />ment Resolution No. 2667-1951 and KENTJORE STREET PAVEMENT As described in Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 2666-1951, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on May 7, 1951, i
<br />and confirmed by said Board on June 4. 1951, be and the same are hereby adopted, and the I
<br />C16rk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearings of Special Benefit,
<br />on said Improvements, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Con!

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following street•improver:ents have been completed.j
<br />The general character of the improvements, the street, alley or public place on which it
<br />has been made, and the terriinal points thereof, are as follows
<br />No .2666 EENMORE STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line of
<br />Linden Avenue with a Class t'C" - `type 1 - Cerintemnt Concrete Pavement, AND
<br />No. 266$ WELLINGTON STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line j
<br />of Linden Avenue. i
<br />There are on file in the office of the City Controller of said City assessment roll
<br />with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the
<br />amount of prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 27th day of August, 1951, and on the !nth day of September.. 1951
<br />at 10,: 00 o 1 clock ATIT-CST receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed agdin't
<br />their property respectively, on said rolls and will determine thequestion as to whether �! •
