Safety V� � � August 13, 1951 � City of South Bend, T_ndianaL Gentlemen: i In the matter of the Bids for the improvement of RANDOLPH STREET from the east line of Twyckenhara Drive to the west line of Robinson Street in accordance with Improvement Resolution No . _ 2643-1950, AND VITA' STREET from the east line of T'��uenty-sixth Street to the -vest line of Twenty-seventh Street in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2672-1951,AND Tq.7ENTIE1TH, STREET from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south line of Hammond and & Whitco'Aabts Addition in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2673-1951, passed by this Board on June 25, 1951, and confirmed by this Board on July 23, 1951, we hereby • report that we have examined the sevelal bids submitted to the Board on August 6, 19510 and find that the Rieth-Riley Construction Company has the lowest and best bids for a Class "C" Cement Concrete pavement that all other bids ,^,rere over Engineerts Estimate.
