312 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 26 <br />This being the date set for continued hearing, hearing was had on the resolution <br />heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of ALLEY BETWEEN MAIN A <br />MICHIGAN STREETS from.. Navarre Street north to the south line of the alley north of Navar <br />Street under Vacation Resolution No. 2678. The Clerk of the Board having shown suffieie <br />proofs of publicationand no remonstrators having appeared andno written remonstrances <br />having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and un.animousl carried that <br />the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. �he Engineering <br />Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessmwnt of benefits <br />and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2678 <br />R. S.
