312 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 26 This being the date set for continued hearing, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of ALLEY BETWEEN MAIN A MICHIGAN STREETS from.. Navarre Street north to the south line of the alley north of Navar Street under Vacation Resolution No. 2678. The Clerk of the Board having shown suffieie proofs of publicationand no remonstrators having appeared andno written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and un.animousl carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. �he Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessmwnt of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2678 R. S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of ALLEY BETWEX MAIN AND MICHIGAN STREETS from Navarre Street north to the south line of the alley north of.Navarre Street under Vacation Resolution No. 2678. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 10:00 a.m., C.S.T., on the 20th day of August, 1951, for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said j vacation, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the axI unt of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publish-1 ing same on the 3rd day of August and on the loth day of August, 1951, in the South Bend' Tribune and the 'Tri-County News. 1, CONTRACTORS COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT STATE OF INDIANA ) ) SS: ST.` JOSEPH COUNTY ) • IN THE MATTER relating to the Improvement made under Improvement Resolution No. 'I • 2648-1950 and the plans and specifications therefor comes now Lee A.
