The general character of the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as -follows: ALLEY BETWEEN CHAPIN STREET AND KENDALL STREET from the south lire of Dubail A enue to the south line of Bruce Stree by constructing a Class "C" Type 1 - Cement Concrete Pavement. i There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City,an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Control ler. i The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said • City, will on the 13th day of August, 1951, at 10:00 otclock AM -CST receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have be or will be behefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greate: or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
