<br />Street by constructing a Class "Crr pavement, AND
<br />• I For the improvement of VINE STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2672, 1951, adopt -
<br />led June 25, 1951 from the east line of Twenty-sixth Street to the west line of Twenty-
<br />(!seventh Street by constructing a Class "C'r pavement, AND
<br />jFor the improvement of TWENTIETH STREET under Improvement. -Resolution No. 2673-1951,
<br />i'adopted June 25, 1951 from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south line of Hammon
<br />& Whitcomb's Addition by constructing a Class "C" pavement.
<br />After heap ng all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the premises
<br />land the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publication of notices to property
<br />iowners and some having been found sufficient, the Board decides that the benefits to the
<br />!property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of
<br />• !the same as reported by the City Cif Engineer, Therefore

<br />Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolutions Nos 2643-1950, 2672-1951 and 2673-1951, duly passed
<br />1by this Board on June 2$, 1951, for the above improvements, be and the same are hereby
<br />'in all things confirmed, and the improvements are hereby ordered to be made.
