Reed who being duly s sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Reed Construction Company the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Improvement Reso lution No. 2669-1951, LOMBARDY DRIVE PAVEMENT. That he is familiar with and personally knows( the requirements of the plans and spe cifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Reed Construe tion Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of °said plans and specifications in every partiffular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according to and under the- direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety Virgil H.
