300 CERTIFICATE OF CONTRACT AP WORK COMPLETED Re: ALLEY BETWEEN ALTGELD:AND VICTORIA STREET PAVEMENT Resolution Number 2661-1951. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby cer- tifies as follows: That there is a contract, dated June 11, 1951,-by and between the City of South Be Indiana, and the Reed Construction Company for the construction by said Reed Constructi Company of a Class "C" - Type 1, Cement Concrete Pavement -on the ALLEY BETWEEN ALTGELD AND VICTORIA STREETS from east line of Fellows Street to the west line of alley west of Erskine. Blvd., and that the final amount of the contract is $2,667.75. That said Reed Construction Company has completed the construction of said improve- ment according to the terms of said contract and that eighty-five (85) per cent of the fi amount of said contract is $2,284.58. That said Contractors will be entitled to receive the said eighty-five (85) per cent or $29284.58, either in cash or street improvement bonds to be hereinafter collected or issued by the City of South Bend, Indiana, in the ma ner provided by law. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby cef tifies as follows: That there is a contract, dated June 11, 1951, by and between the City of South Ben Indiana, and the Reed Construction Company for the construction by said Reed Constructio Company of a Class ttC'1 Type 1, Cement Concrete Pavement on EDISON STREET from the south line of Ford Street -.to the north line of.Sample Street, and that the final amount of the contract is $15,349.00, That said Reed Construction Company has completed the construction of said improvem according to the terms of said contract and that eighty-five (85) per cent of the final amount of said contract is $131046,65. That said Contractors will be entitled to receiv the said. eighty-five (85) per cent of 013,046.65, either in cash or street improvement bonds to be hereinafter collected or issued by the City of South Bend, Indiana, in the m ner provided by law.
