Gartner RESOLUTIONS ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATES 'Nos, 2661 an - 1951 South Bend, Indiana July 9, 1951 Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, 11 Indiana, that the Final Estimates, and Primary Assessment Rolls submitted to the Board byli the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 9th day of July 1951, on the improvements known as the ALLEY BETWEEN ALTGELD AND VICTORIA STREETS PAVEMENT AS 3 described in Improvement Resolution No. a661-1951, and EDISON- STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2663-1951, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on May 7, 1951, bnd confirmed by said Board on June 41 1951, be and the same are hereby I adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing ofl Special Benefits on said -improvements, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act enti l "An Act Concenning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905. Noble, Clerk NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS -ON S Nos. an - 1 South Bend, Indiana July 13, 1951 July 20, 1951 Notice is hereby given, that the following street improvements have been completed. The general character of the improvements, the stret, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: ALLEY BETWEEN ALTGELD AND VICTORIA STREETS from the east line of Fellows Street to west line of alley west 'Of Erkin Blvd., on which was constructed a Class "C" - Type 1 - Cement Concrete pavement, AND EDIS STREET from the south line of Ford Street to the north line of Sample Street on which was constructed a Class "C" - Type 1 - Cement concrete pavement. There are on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount o2 the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 30thday of July, 1951, at 10:00 otclock AM -CST receive and hear remonstrances aginst the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of lan4shave been or will be benefited by said improvements to -the amounts named on said roll, or is greate. or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
