WE actually received by the City from assessments for such improvements, or such moneys as teh City is by said entitled Act and the prcbvisions of all Acts amendatory and supplemen- tal thereto, required to pay. Allproceedings had and work done in making of said improve ments, assessment of property, collection of assessments and issuance of bonds therefor, shall be as provided for in said entitls.d Act and amendments thereto. The 1.7th day of July, 19519 at the hour of 6:30 o'clock PM -CST is hereby fixed as the time, and the officeof the Board in said City as the place, when and where all person whose property may be affected by such proposed improvements, may be heard as to the nece -2 sity for the same, and all petitions and remonstrances received and the Board will, on said day, decide whether the benefits accruing to abutting and adjacent property, and to the City of South Bend, Indiana, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said improvements. Noble, Clerk NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Nos. 2643-1950, 2672 & 2673-1951 To Whom It May Concern: South Bend, Indiana June 29, 1951 July 6, 1951 Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improve ments in the City of South bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improve- ment Resolutions, passed by said Board on the 25th day of June, 1951. Improvement Resolution No, 2.643, 1950, for the improvement of RANDOLPH STREET from the east line of Twyckenham. Drive to the west line of Robinson Street, AND Improvement Resolution 2672, 1951, for the improvement of VINE STREET from the east line of Twenty-sixth Street to the west line of Twenty-seventh Street, AND Improvement Resolution 2672, 1951, for the improvement of TWENZE TH STREET from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south lineof Hammond, & Whitcomb Addition by const ing Class 110 pavements. All work done in the making of said described public improvements shall be in accord ance with the terms and conditions of Improvements Resolutions Nos. 2643-1950, 2672 & 2673-1951, adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the above named day, and the profiles, drawings, plans, general details, specifications and estimates to be adopte by the board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final aoption of said resolutions and placed on file in the office of the Department of Engineering of said City. The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on th 17th day of July, 1951, at the hoursof 6:30 otclock PM -CST for the purpose of hearing ad considering all remonstrances, which may have -been filed or which may bepresented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed improve- nB nts, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said Otty, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
