<br />actually received by the City from assessments for such improvements, or such moneys as
<br />teh City is by said entitled Act and the prcbvisions of all Acts amendatory and supplemen-
<br />tal thereto, required to pay. Allproceedings had and work done in making of said improve
<br />ments, assessment of property, collection of assessments and issuance of bonds therefor,
<br />shall be as provided for in said entitls.d Act and amendments thereto.
<br />The 1.7th day of July, 19519 at the hour of 6:30 o'clock PM -CST is hereby fixed as
<br />the time, and the officeof the Board in said City as the place, when and where all person
<br />whose property may be affected by such proposed improvements, may be heard as to the nece -2
<br />sity for the same, and all petitions and remonstrances received and the Board will, on
<br />said day, decide whether the benefits accruing to abutting and adjacent property, and to
<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said
<br />improvements. The Clerk -of the Board is hereby ordered to give notice by two weekly pub-
<br />lications, of the time and place of hearing of this resolution.

<br />Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improve
<br />ments in the City of South bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improve-
<br />ment Resolutions, passed by said Board on the 25th day of June, 1951.
<br />Improvement Resolution No, 2.643, 1950, for the improvement of RANDOLPH STREET from
<br />the east line of Twyckenham. Drive to the west line of Robinson Street, AND
<br />Improvement Resolution 2672, 1951, for the improvement of VINE STREET from the east
<br />line of Twenty-sixth Street to the west line of Twenty-seventh Street, AND
<br />Improvement Resolution 2672, 1951, for the improvement of TWENZE TH STREET from the
<br />south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south lineof Hammond, & Whitcomb Addition by const
<br />ing Class 110 pavements.
<br />All work done in the making of said described public improvements shall be in accord
<br />ance with the terms and conditions of Improvements Resolutions Nos. 2643-1950, 2672 &
<br />2673-1951, adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the above named day, and
<br />the profiles, drawings, plans, general details, specifications and estimates to be adopte
<br />by the board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final aoption of said
<br />resolutions and placed on file in the office of the Department of Engineering of said
<br />City.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on th
<br />17th day of July, 1951, at the hoursof 6:30 otclock PM -CST for the purpose of hearing ad
<br />considering all remonstrances, which may have -been filed or which may bepresented, and
<br />will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed improve-
<br />nB nts, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abutting
<br />and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said Otty, will be equal to or exceed
<br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
