<br />1950 and the plans and specifications therefor comes now Lee A. Rieth who being duly swo
<br />upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Rieth-Riley Construction Company th
<br />party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Improvement Reso
<br />lution No. 2637-1950.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and spe
<br />cifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the s aid Rieth-Riley
<br />Construction Company, in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and co
<br />ditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the material used
<br />was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according to and u
<br />der the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
