South Bend, Indiana October 16, 1950 I Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, ;Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by t e City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 16th day of October, • 1y50 on the improvement known as the THIRTY*THIRD STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improve- ment Resolution No. 2637-1950 passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on June 12, 1950, and confirmed by said Board on July 10, 1950, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said improvement, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "A Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6,'.1905. The general character of the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: THIRTY-THIRD STREET PAVEMEN from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the north line of Pleasant Street. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment ro • with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be see in the office of said City Controllebr. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in saj City will on the 306h day of October, 1950, at 10:00 o'clock AM -CST receive and hear re. monstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have bee or will be benefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
