<br />I examined the several Bids submitted to the Board on September 18, 1950 and find that the
<br />JI Rieth-Riley Construction Company, South Bend, Indiana, has•the lowest and best bids for
<br />• Class "C" - Type 1- Pavements, that the Rieth-Riley Construction (company, South Bend,
<br />Indiana has the lowest and best bids for Class "C" - Type 3 Pavements.
<br />We recommend that the kind of pavements placed on the above streets be a Class 'tC"
<br />Type 3. - Asphalt Pavements.
