<br />that vendors had agreed to exercise greater precaution in picking up debris after each

<br />Board on September 18, 1950 and find that the Reed Construction Company, Mishawaka, Ind.,i!

<br />Company, South Bend, Indiana, has the lowest and best bid for Class "C" Type 3 Pavement.
<br />We recommend that the kind of Pavements placed on the above Streets be a Class "C"
