162 <br />THIRTY-THIRD STREET from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south line of Pleasan <br />Street in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2637, 1950, AND <br />KENDALL STREET from the north line of Donald Street to the south line of Calvert Street <br />in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2638, 1950, passed by this Board on June <br />7,2, 1950, and confirmed by this Board on July 10, 1950_ V_e hereby report that we have <br />examined the several Bids submitted to the Board on July 31, 1950 and find that the Riet <br />Riley Construction Company has the lowest and best bids for a Class "C" Type 1, Cement <br />Concrete Pavement , that all bids on other types of pavement were over the engineer's es <br />timate (excepting No. 2634 - no bids received on other types of pavement). <br />We recommend that the kind of Pavements placed on the above streets be a Class "C" <br />Type 1 - Cement Concrete Pavement. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />VE LBUR H.
