The lgeneral character of the improvements, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: Jo. 2608 ALLEY BETWEEN ^� T T E t, SCOT AND TAILOR STREETS PAVEMENT from one north line of Calvert Street to the south line of Dubail Street, AND No. 2632 WARREN STREET LOCAL SEWER from the center line of Indiana .avenue to 150 feet ,north of the north line of Prairie Avenue. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment rot with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controll The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in sai City, will on the 17th day of July, 1950 at 9:30 o'clock AAA -CST receive and hear remon- strances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be benefited by said improvements to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
