Minutes of the previous meeting were read and <br />approved. Tranberg, <br />A petition to vacate the alley between .,Lngela Boulevard and Pokagen Street from <br />Michigan Street to the old right-of-way of the Southern MichiganRailroad Company was re <br />ferred to the City Plan Commission for investigation and report. <br />.A letter was received from Drewrys Limited wherein they request permission for the <br />construction of a sewer underneath City property adjacent to their plant. Tile Board grant- <br />ed permission for the construction of said sewer on the following cor_ditions: (1) That <br />all shrubbery, ground, sod, etc., will be left in as good or better condition than now. <br />�(2) That during the period of construction the City of South Bend will be covered by <br />public li <br />p ability, property damage, and workmenTs compensation insurance.
