<br />IN TTE NATTER relating to the improvement made under improvement Resolution No. 26321
<br />-1950 and the plans and specifications therefor comes now John A. Gohr who being duly
<br />sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Miles Excavating Company, Niles,
<br />Michigan the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Im-
<br />provement resolution No. 2632-1950.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and spe-
<br />cifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Niles Excavat-
<br />ing Company, Niles, Michigan in the performance of said work complied with all the terms
<br />and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the mater-
<br />ial used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according
<br />to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
