The Board granted permission for said installation at 117 West LaSalle Street,, providing the distance from the side- walk level to the bottom of the valance is not less than eight feet and the awning is not protruding from the building a. total. distance of more than five feet which will make it extend over the sid3vra.lk proper not more than two feet.
