Alward and others for a local sewer in and on] rumstown Avenue from the center Line of Iowa Street to the center line of Falcon Street, aid local sewer to be an extension of a local sewer on Crumstoirn Avenue now to be constr ct- d under Improvement Resolution No. 2619-1950 passed by this Board on January 23, 1950 and; onfirmed by this Board on February 20, 1950; and j represents all the property to be assessed for said extension Iv4herea.s,,,said petition the Crumstown Avenue Local Sewer; and Whereas, said petitioners have waived their right of hearing on said sewer extension; nd Whereas, said sewer extension will not increase the unit cost to be assessed to the roperty benefited under Improvement Resolution ?o. 2619-1950, Therefore BE IT RESOLVED' by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, ndiana, that the petition of Mary L. .Alward and others for a local sewer on Crumstown venue from the center line of Iowa Street to the center line of Falcon Street be granted , nd that the western limit of, the local sewer on Crumstoim _-venue, which is to be construe - d under Improvement Resolution No. 2619-1950, duly passed by this Board on January 23, 19I0 nd duly confirmed by this Board on February 20, 19501 be extended and changed from the enter line of Iowa Street to the center line of Falcon Street and said extension is here- y ordered made. j S. No. 2612 - 1950 epa:rtment of Public Works,: South Bend, Indiana March 20, 1950 For the improvement of CHALFANT STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2612-1G50, dopted January 23, 1950 from 178 feet west of the west line of Jacob Street to 75 feet est the west line of Twyckenha.m Drive by the construction of a local sewer. .After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the pro- ises, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said mproverlent will not be equal to the estimated cost of such improvement as reported by th ity Civil Engineer, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Sou end, Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2612-1950 duly passed by this Board on Jan a.ry 23, 1950 for the above improvement, be and the same is hereby in all things rescinde nd the improvement is hereby ordered not made.
