The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 19th day of December, 1949 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. C. S. T. re- ceive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respec vely, on said roll, and will determine the questions as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that nameed on said roll or in any sum. Rieth who being duly sworn upon oath deposes and -says he is acquainted with the Rieth-Riley Construction Com- pany the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Improve !� ment Resolution No. 2592, 1949. That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and specifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Rieth-Rile I Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety. sl Lee A.
