on Insert in South Bend Tribune and Mirror Press Friday, December 16, 1949 NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT No. 2592, 1949 South Bend, Indiana December 16, 1949 Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed. The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: POLAND STREET from the west line of Olive Street to the east line of Kaley Street by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class "C" Type One (1) pavement. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll.'_with the names of the owners and the description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seer_ in the office of said City Controller. The Board of Public,Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 19th day of December 1949, at 10:00 A. M. C. S. T. receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll, and will determine the questions as to whether,such lots, or tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or lets than that named on said roll or in any sum.
