6� Resolution No. 2591, 1949 and the plans and specifications therefor comes now Lee A. Rieth who being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Rieth- Riley Construction Company the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed ,the work under Improvement Resolution No. 2591, 1949. That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and specifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Rieth- Riley Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said plans and specifications in every partucular, and that the materi used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and according to under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: THIRTY SECOND STREET from the north line of Pleasant Street to the south line of Vine Street, by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class "C" Type LF pavement. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controller. • • C L� • •
