Bruggner BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS- AND SAFETY NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS_ ON STREET IMPROVEMENT No. 2575,11948 South Bend, Indiana July 22, 1949 July 29, 1949 Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed. The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, as as follows: TWENTY-FIFTH (25th) STREET from the north line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south property line of Lots "A" and "B" in Hastings, Woodward and Gray's Addition. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 1st day of August, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. C. S. T. receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll, and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. July 18, 1949 Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the 5th day of July, 1949, for the ir--provement of SIBLEY STREET from the west line of Wilber St. to east line of College Street by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class "C" Type Four (4) pavement, be and the same is in all things confirmed.
