<br />specifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Rieth-
<br />Riley Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms
<br />and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the
<br />material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and ac-
<br />cording to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety.

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed, ;I •
<br />The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which 5
<br />it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: LIBERTY.STREET
<br />from South line of Western Avenue to the north line of Sample Street by draining, grad-',,;
<br />ing and paving the roadway with a Class "C", Type Four (1+-) Pavement.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
<br />roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed
<br />with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said
<br />City Controller.

<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 18th day of July, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.C.S.T. receive and � •

<br />land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said
<br />roll, or is greater,or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which
<br />place and time all owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representatives
