<br />Riley Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms
<br />and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the

<br />The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which 5
<br />it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: LIBERTY.STREET
<br />from South line of Western Avenue to the north line of Sample Street by draining, grad-',,;
<br />ing and paving the roadway with a Class "C", Type Four (1+-) Pavement.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
<br />roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed
<br />with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said
<br />City Controller.
