No. 2580, 1948 South Bend, Indiana July 87 1949 Notice is hereby given; that the following Street Improvement has been completed. The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley,or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: Sibley Avenue from west line of Wilber Street to east line of College Street by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class "C", Type Four (4) pavement. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with. • the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 18th day of July, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A. H. C. S. T. receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll, and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land have been or will be.benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less tnan.that named on said roll orin any sum.
