We <br />hereby report that we have examined the several Bids submitted to the Board on July 51 <br />1949 and find that the Rieth-Riley Construction Company has the lotirest and best bid <br />for Class "C", Type 4 Pavement. <br />ttCtt jl <br />We recommend that the kind of Pavement placed on the above Street be Class <br />Type 4, Compacted Aggregate Base, Bituminous Concrete Surface Pavement. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Charles W.
