543 <br />IMPROVET'iENT RESOLUTION <br />FINAL ORDER <br />No, 2590, 1949 a <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />June 27, 1949 <br />Whereas, The Board of Public Works, did on the 9th day of June, 1949, adopt a Preliminary <br />• Order designating a Class "C" Type 4-Compacted Aggregate Base, Bituminous Concrete Surfac <br />as the kind of Pavement for the improvement of Twenty -Fourth Street from the north line o <br />Mishawaka Avenue to the south property line of Lots "C" and I'D" of Hastings, Woodward & <br />Grays Addition in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2590, 1949, passed by this <br />Board on May 23, 1949, <br />Whereas fifty-one (51) per cent and more of the resident property owners on said <br />Twenty -Fourth Street on or before June 21, 1949 did request in writing that said Twenty <br />Fourth Street be paved with a Class "C" Type-1 Portland Cement Concrete Pa.tement. <br />Be It Resolved, That the Preliminary Order is hereby rescinded and said street order d <br />paved with a Class rrC11 - Type 1- Portland Cement Concrete Pavement. <br />R.
