Board on September 21 1948 be and the same is hereby adopted and that the City of South Bend, Indiana, thru its Mayor and Board of Public Works and Safety enter into a written- II contract with said Reed Construction Company for the faithful execution of such work, !i according to said bid, the detailed plans and specifications and the terms of said • Resolution, provided theat before entering upon the performance of said contract, said l Reed Construction Comp ny shall give bond, in the amount equal to one hundred (100) per cent of the contract price for such work, with a.
