<br />3. The project will have intermediate completion dates as listed in the tale below for substantial
<br />completion:
<br />Phase I & II: Kaley Street and Meade Street Sewer and Water Crossings — June 30, 2017

<br />a. The project will have an intermediate substantial completion date of June 30, 2017 for
<br />storm sewer to be constructed from the intersection of Western Avenue and Kaley Street to
<br />its northern connection on Kaley Street and for water crossings at Meade Street and at
<br />Kaley Street. A minimum of one travel lane and one parking lane along Western Avenue
<br />shall be open to traffic during the lane closure.
<br />b. The project will have an intermediate substantial completion date of 44�L ; 28� August
<br />31, 2017 September 15, 2017 for construction of curb, sidewalk, roadway, lighting, pavers,
<br />and all project elements complete and in -place on the southern side of the roadway
<br />centerline except for pavement markings, benches, bike racks, landscaping, and trees. A
<br />minimum of one travel lane and one parking lane along Western Avenue shall be open to
<br />traffic during the lane closure period. Temporary parking lane closures will be permitted for
<br />water service connections. Phase III of the project can occur simultaneously with Phase Il,
<br />provided that the contractor maintains a minimum of one travel lane along Western Avenue
<br />and submits a revision to the Maintenance of Traffic Plan that is approved by the City prior
<br />to construction.
<br />c. The project will have an intermediate substantial completion date of September 15, 2017
<br />October 26, 2017 for construction of curb, sidewalk, roadway, lighting,
<br />pavers, pavement markings, and all project elements complete and in -place on the north
<br />side of the roadway centerline except for benches, bike racks, landscaping, and trees. A
<br />minimum of one travel lane and one parking lane along Western Avenue shall be open to
<br />traffic during the lane closure period,
<br />d. The project will have an intermediate substantial completion date of
<br />October 31, 2017 for installation of benches, bike racks, landscaping, fencing, and trees. A
<br />minimum of two travel lanes on Western Avenue shall be open to traffic during the lane
<br />closure period.
<br />LX. PERMEABLE PAVERS
<br />Revise Section B.
<br />8. The block shall be laid on 1" of No. 11 limestone on INDOT No. 8 coarse aggregate as shown
<br />in the plans. The aggregate will be paid for separately.
<br />9. A support layer of Tensar BX1100, or approved equal, shall be laid within No. 8 stone at a level
<br />8" to 10" below the bottom of the pavers. An additional layer of Tensar BX1100, or approved
<br />equal, shall be between the No. 8 aggregate and No. 11 aggregate, approximately 1" below the
