should be distinctive in respect to Morris/Palis/CC and identify Security Officers as ESG's <br />employees. The Morris/Palais/CC reserves the right to approve the color and design of all <br />uniforms to be worn by Security Officers while on duty at the Morris/Palais/CC Complex. <br />Job Specific, On -Site Training <br />ESG is responsible for developing a written training program for all Security Officers assigned to <br />work at the Morris/Palais/CC Complex. ESG shall send copies of all training materials to the <br />Morris/Palais/CC for their approval. ESG shall implement changes to the information provided <br />in the training documents that the Morris/Palais/CC deems necessary in regards to its operation. <br />ESG in consultation with the Morris/Palais/CC will develop the Morris/Palais event specific <br />Security Officer Policies and procedures. All Security Officers and supervisors, at ESG's <br />expense, must undergo job -specific training prior to the assumption of Security Officer <br />Responsibilities at the Morris/Palias/CC Complex. The training program should include, but not <br />be limited to, the following: <br />1. Emergency training for fire, bomb threat, terrorisms, riots, bio hazardous material <br />handling, evacuation procedures and securing an incident scene. <br />2. First aid and medical emergency training. <br />ESG shall notify the Morris/Palais/CC of the date and time of all scheduled training sessions. <br />The Morris/Palais/CC may monitor training sessions. Security Officer training must be <br />satisfactorily completed and so documented in writing to the Morris/Palais/CC for its files. ESG <br />shall ensure that all Security Officers are thoroughly familiar with applicable rules, regulations <br />and procedures before they are assigned to work at the Morris Complex. <br />Equipment <br />ESG shall, at its expense, supply or provide the following: <br />1. A distinctive Security Officer's uniform. <br />2. All basic Security Officer supplies including a photo ID with the ESG's name, first & last <br />name of the Security Officer, and rank or job title typewritten or printed in black ink. <br />3. All standard Security Officer equipment e.g., tazers, mace, etc. as may be deemed <br />appropriate and in accordance with the State of Indiana laws and City of South Bend <br />ordinances. <br />4. Two-way dispatch communication or a beeper network with its employees. <br />S. ESG's office personnel with voicemail or a message system. <br />ESG shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of any Morris/Palais/CC equipment <br />provided to ESG personnel and damaged through the negligence of its personnel. <br />Reassignment or Removal of Security Officers <br />ESG shall reassign or remove a particular Security Officer from assignment to the <br />Mon-is/Palais/CC Complex within 30 minutes of receipt of written or oral request from the <br />Morris/Palais/CC to do so.
