AN ORDINANCE AYMDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9-3, <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 4381-61, ARTICLE 32, SECTION <br /> 1700.0, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, PROVIDING FOR THE STAND- <br /> ARDS OF ACCEPTED ENGINEERING PRACTICE OF PLUMB- <br /> ING SERVICES GENERALLY <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I. That Ordinance Number 4381-61, Article 32, Sec- <br /> tion 1700.0, being Section -9-3 of Chapter .9 of the Municipal <br /> Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and hereby is, amen- <br /> ded to read as follows : <br /> Section 1700.0 <br /> The "Administrative Building Council- of Indiana -- <br />_ Plumbing Rules and Regulations -- Volume III-1868" is <br /> hereby adopted as the standard of accepted engineering <br /> practice in all matters governing the design and instal- <br /> lation of plumbing systems, including sanitary and storm <br /> water and sewage disposal in all buildings including pri- <br /> vate residences and- agricultural buildings and outbuild- <br /> ings in connection therewith; except that the following <br /> sections, subsections, paragraphs, and tables of such <br /> "Rules and Regulations" shall hereby be altered, added <br /> to,. or deleted so that - the same shall- hereafter be and <br /> read as follows : <br /> SECTION II.
