HUD-1081 <br /> CODES AND CODE ENFORCEMENT <br /> REQUIREMENT. The two primary requirements are: <br /> a. The adoption of the latest published edition of one of the nationally recognized model housing*, building, <br /> plumbing, electrical, fire prevention and related codes and ordinances, as amended, or state or local <br /> codes with comparable standards. <br /> b. The establishment of an effective code enforcement program. <br /> 1.
